Great to read this sort of information, i think have the same sort of genetic background as you, in terms of hairloss. What amount of Beta Sis do you take daily? I am currently on saw palmetto and to be honest less is shedding, but I wouldnt mind upping the game with beta sis and see how i get on.

Any particular makes of beta sis that you recommend?

Could you possibly email me back to the email address i provided, the contact you page isnt working for me for some reason.

      All the best

I just started on a “mega” bito sitosterol formula combined with 5000 mcg of biotin a day. I have thick hair now, at 48, but I have some recession in my hairline, so I figure it’s better to be proactive than wait until you’re slick bald and then the only hope is a painful, expensive hair graft.
Anyway, I got the advice to do this at my local health food store, and this guy has been a master nutritionist for over 20 years. All the advice he’s given me so far has been dead on. I am a workoutaholic and take a testosterone supplement, so he said it would be a very good idea to take these supplements as she said that my body likely is producing DHT. So, hopefully his advice is dead on again, and from the research I’ve done, beta sitosterols have a myriad of other health benefits as well.
